• I request that the child named above be registered as a prospective pupil at Willington School (the School).

• I understand that completion and return of the Registration Form and payment of the non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee of £150 does not give rise to a commitment by the School or the parents. Offers of places are subject to availability and the admission requirements of the School at the time offers are made.

• I understand that the School may obtain, process and hold personal information about my child, including sensitive information such as medical details and I agree to this for the purposes of assessment and, if a place is later offered, in order to safeguard and promote the welfare of my child.

• I understand that the terms and conditions (available on the website) of the School will undergo reasonable changes from time to time as circumstances require and will apply in all our dealings with the School.

• I understand that all data will be processed in accordance with the School’s policies on privacy and data protection (as amended from time to time).

Registration Fee

A non-refundable Registration Fee of £150 is payable on application and you will now be taken to the payment page.

We will email you confirming your child's registration and the next steps. Please note that there may be a delay to your confirmation email during school holiday periods.
